Title: Fanuc Programmer
Location: Huntley, IL (onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fanuc Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and optimizing Fanuc robotic systems to enhance efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of PLC programming and software development, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Fanuc robot programs for various applications.
- Optimize existing robotic programs to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand automation needs and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation of programming changes and robot configurations.
- Provide training and support to operators on robotic systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fanuc Programmer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
- Experience with software development and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with back-end web development technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
