Job Description
The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.
Pay rate: $27.00 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
- High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
- One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
- Handle heavy workload of calls
- Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
- Manage workload and job scheduling
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
- Keep manager informed of customer feedback
- Communicate effectively and promptly
- Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
- Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
- When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
- Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
