About the Client:
My client, a top data center solution providing company is greatly expanding their business across APAC including Hong Kong. They are now looking for a property manager to join their fast-growing data hall in HK.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and the day-to-day operation of the building
• Leading a team to provide quality services
• Carry out enhancement works for continuous improvement
• Support the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports
• Ensure compliance of internal procedures and relevant Ordinance and regulations
• Handle emergency incidents and ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in real estate, property management; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in property management, 2 years of which at supervisory level
• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred but not essential
• Handover experience will be a plus
• 3+ years of management experience and leading a team.
• Good teamwork and lead by example
• Good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
