Your Role

Facility Maintenance

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Compensation: $22.00/hour

Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off , Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday Pay

As a Facility Maintenance employee with us, you’ll provide overall support and maintenance while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility

What You’ll Be Doing

Housekeeping

• Supports the production process by maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces . Disposes of garbage, recycling, production scraps as required by specific job duties
• Maintains cleanliness and regular inspections of restrooms break rooms, offices and outside areas
  
  

Preventative Maintenance

• May perform preventative maintenance such as light painting or repairs. May require some construction background for special projects, as needed
• May have access to private or secured areas and must maintain security
  
  

Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member

• Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use. Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it
• Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts.
• Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures
• Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment
  
  

What We’d Like to See from You

Required

• Ability to work independently with little supervision while meeting production schedules
• Cross-train others
• Knowledge of safety procedures while handling saws and other tools
• Hepatitis B Vaccine
  
  

Preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A bility to effectively exchange information with stakeholders
• M anage interactions to provide service and to support the organization
