At the present time, we have openings for Maintenance Service Technicians. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues. + Install or replace existing plumbing and electrical systems. + Perform all types of interior and exterior buildings and grounds maintenance. + Repair or replace appliances and fixtures. + Assist other divisions of the company when needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to communicate in a very friendly manner with customers. + Proficiency in reading and writing legibly. + Flexibility with working hours, including extended hours and weekends as needed. + Possession of a valid driver's license. + Ability to pass a drug test and a criminalbackground check. + Capability to climb ladders and work off lifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electrical, facilities maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, repair, mechanical, painting, carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, hand tools, and maintenance repair. + Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma. + Located in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and Delaware. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy paid vacations, health insurance, paid holidays, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. The role requires flexibility in working hours and adaptability to various maintenance tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position that covers commercial and industrial buildings in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and Delaware. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
