Hiba Academy Bay Area is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our founding leadership team. We are hiring a Facilities and Operations Manager to help shape the future of bilingual education in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Role Overview: As the Facilities and Operations Manager, you will be a key leader in ensuring that our school’s physical environment and operational systems fully support our educational mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations to maintain a safe, clean, and high-functioning learning environment
Managing maintenance, security, custodial services, and vendor relationships in alignment with school values and compliance standards
Developing and implementing operational systems that enhance efficiency and support long-term growth and campus development
