A key client of ours is looking to hire a Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep and operations of their site, including their fab/cleanroom.

This company specializes in optoelectronic manufacturing for advanced imaging products.

Looking for a well-rounded professional;

• Experience in small-medium sized businesses (25-75K’ sq ft). Multi plant/location not required
• Experience with managing gas systems, LN2, CDA, Helium, etc
• Experience with a Cleanroom

-Not required to be an expert on the equipment in the cleanroom, more of a generalist

-Knowledge and understanding of vacuum systems/pumps is helpful

• Hands on experience with running gas lines for N2 and CDA

-Stainless, flex lines

• MUST be willing to work on a Saturday to support the facility when required

-This is a once in a while type of thing, but you must understand and agree

-Since this is a salaried position, this is NOT OT eligible

-MUST live within a 20-30 minute drive of the facility, anything longer will not be considered

• Would be nice if they have a forklift/.man-lift certification
• Knowledge of EH&S and ability to write process and procedures
• Knowledge of CERS process
• Knowledge of electrical panels/systems
• Need a focus on total facility ownership to ensure the facility is always in a state of readiness for customer visits
