Assist Faciilities team with building and grounds maintenance functions and projects.
Essential Functions
Seasonal grounds maintenance: grass cutting; edging; trimming; maintaining shrubs, trees and flowerbeds; leaf collection and removal; and snow removal.
Other campus maintenance: trash collection, event set-up and take-down; arranging classrooms, tables, and chairs.
Facilities project assistance: such as painting and construction.
Facilities assistance: Run errands; pick up supplies and equipment.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Able to complete routine tasks daily, as well as the ability to be very flexible.
Able to follow both verbal and written directions and to use this instruction to complete tasks with limited supervision very important.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Currently enrolled at Westminster Theological Seminary Preferred
Maintenance, Landscaping, or Building Trades experience Preferred.
Valid Driver’s license
Attributes
Willing to serve and follow directions.
While efficient, also able to operate equipment or perform tasks, in a safe manner
Attention to detail.
Appreciates the importance of tasks, especially relative to the end results.
A sense of humor
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
Ability to lift 70 able pounds.
General good stamina and fitness for both indoor and eastern PA year-round outdoor conditions
Work Schedule 12-20 hours weekly, normally weekdays during the school semester; additional
hours during the Summer.
