Location: 5 days On-site role with on-call weekend rotation & some physical labor (lifting required)

We’re looking for an Evening Facilities Operations Engineer to join our highly technical team, responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of our critical systems and physical infrastructure during the second shift (3-11 PM EST)

✔ Collaborate with internal teams and leading external vendors to optimize operations

✔ Take ownership of infrastructure projects, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance

🔧 What You’ll Do:

✅ Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical systems that power our trading and workspaces

✅ Execute infrastructure projects, reactive repairs, and preventive maintenance without disrupting business activities

✅ Work closely with IT Operations to enhance trading floor landscapes

✅ Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support 24/7 mission-critical systems

📌 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 4+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities such as data centers, trading floors, or 24/7 environments

🔹 Expertise in MEP disciplines: HVAC, UPS, generators, fire prevention, and building management systems

🔹 Strong computer skills & ability to learn new software/control systems

🔹 Experience managing vendors and contractors

🔹 Ability to troubleshoot minor field issues without requiring a tradesperson

🔹 Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail

🔹 Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize effectively
