Accountable for FAMIS following up (receiving complaints from business team & resolving it in time.) and ensuring and implementing measures to keep a good work environment.
Manage consumable inventory with vendor, ensuring quality and quantity availability as per HC increase, advice vendor proactively for planning services.
Assist administrative support, as needed including processing work orders, invoice processing and tracking of engineering, preventive maintenance, and safety records.
Supervising activities-maintenance of attendance and assist updating the eligibilities of Janitorial, technical staff.
Assist with EHS including evacuation procedures, disaster recovery and ergonomics.
Attending the site meeting with business leaders, discuss the issues related to facility, solving those issues & updating the same in the next meeting.
Support GW team to place PO or Non-PO in Ariba system in necessary.
Responsible for the daily procurement of janitorial and engineering consumables.
Printing and posting of relevant posters based on client’s requirements.
Co-ordinate meeting events support and on-site coordination work.
Coordinate and arrange monthly pest control entry, apply for relevant permissions, and ensure smooth service delivery.
On site supply of bottled water and procurement of cola beverages needed by visitors.
Follow up on repair and maintenance issues for coffee machines, drinking water dispensers, and other equipment. Education
College degree or above

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

+5 years of IFM service experience for multinational corporation
Office Services management
Fluent in English in written, reading and listening
Experience working cross-functionally and internationally.
Computer Skills – Proficient in using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and SharePoint)
