Job Summary And Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to management staff to include processing payment applications, preparing direct pays for disbursements and preparing monthly reports.

This position is a temporary position with an expected end date of 12/19/2025. Continuation of the position beyond this date is contingent upon the availability of funding and departmental needs.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED).
  • Five years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or combination of relevant experience.
  • Seven years of related experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
