Role/ Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented F&A Manager to assist in managing financial and accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end finance processes, compliance, payroll, payments, and reporting, ensuring smooth financial operations and strategic financial planning under the guidance of the F&A Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Statutory Management
- Handle all statutory filings and documentation for GST, TDS, ESIC, and PF.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams for financial audits and compliance.
Finance Management
- Assist in the preparation and review of the balance sheet, ensuring accurate reporting of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
- Improve internal financial processes and enhance cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the F&A Operations Manager on financial strategies, risk management, and growth planning.
Operations and Compliance
- Process payments for purchase bills, expense bills, and advance payments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and budgeting under the manager's supervision
MIS Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial insights for review.
- Assist in payroll processing, reimbursements, and employee benefits through HRMS software.
Team Handling
- Manage and lead a team of compliance and finance professionals. Provide clear direction, mentorship, and ensure effective collaboration.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA Inter or BCom/MCom or any recognized certification in the Finance & Accounts field (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Experience
The role requires
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance, with hands-on exposure to statutory management, tax filings, financial reporting, and team leadership.
