APS is a distressed assets investment company and debt recovery platform with a prime position in Central and South-Eastern Europe and further expansion goals. Our business consists of acquiring, advising, and servicing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.

For our IT team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Database Developer and Data Analyst

What will you do?

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SQL Server databases.
• Write efficient and optimized T-SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Collaborate with senior developers to improve database performance and reliability.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
• Help maintain data integrity and security.
• Assist in the creation of database documentation and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SQL Server development and T-SQL.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL Server databases and T-SQL query writing.
• Familiarity with database design principles and data normalization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Any relevant internships or project experience is a plus.
