MAIN PURPOSE: Responsible for selling products and creating new business opportunities by focusing on developing new relationships with potential customers and maintaining relationships with current customers and achieving sales targets with complete customer satisfaction. Key Performance Areas: · Create customer interest and manage the process of repeat business! · Identify new sales prospects and contact them accordingly. · Prepare and complete client documentation for new and existing business relations. · Work closely with Operations Team to ensure that products are delivered within due time. · Ensure customer satisfaction, i.e., follow up with client after product delivery has been completed. · Document and deal with customer complaints. · Prepare presentation, quotations, and sales documents. · Ensure the timeous invoicing of clients. · Follow up on outstanding account payments. · Build a customer database. · Build new client relationships and maintain existing client relationships that have been assigned to you. · Attend and participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows. · Complete monthly sales report · Day to Day administrative duties Qualifications: · Diploma/Certificate /National Diploma or Relevant Degree Knowledge and Experience: · At least 3 years’ Sales experience · Experience in the Hygiene, Brushware and Washroom supplies · Experience in PPE & Safe wear ( Advantageous) · Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles · Knowledge of Customer Service practices Skills and Inherent Requirements · Persuading and Influencing · Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations · Planning and Organizing · Adapting and Responding to Change · Relating and Networking · Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking · Proficient in English and Afrikaans · Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Job Type: Full-time Education: Certificate (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
