About Our Utilities Team
Our national Utilities team is at the forefront of delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure through strategic planning and collaborative delivery models, including ECI, TOC, and Alliancing. We specialise in asset reliability and renewals, bulk water upgrades, and the rehabilitation of networks in both metropolitan and regional settings.
It’s an exciting phase of growth, particularly in Melbourne. We've recently secured several major long-term framework contracts, including the ABK Joint Venture—where we’re one of two Delivery Partners leading South East Water’s landmark $1.5 billion capital works program. We're also a proud partner in the SFP Joint Venture with Melbourne Water, delivering a broad portfolio of design and construct, and pipeline rehabilitation works.
With a strong pipeline of projects underway and ahead, we're expanding our team to support our continued growth and industry-leading outcomes.
About the Opportunity
We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Delivery Managers who are ready to step into a leadership role overseeing the delivery of key water infrastructure projects across Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead project execution, drive team performance, and provide technical oversight to ensure delivery excellence—safely, on time and within budget.

Location for this role is flexible and can be based in our SFP office in central Melbourne or our ABK office in the South East with travel to sites as required.
What you’ll bring to the team
You will have a strong track record of managing large, complex water infrastructure projects, either as a Delivery or Program Manager, or as a Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step. You bring a solid background in leading and developing high-performing teams, combined with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
As a natural problem solver, you thrive on tackling complex challenges and partnering with clients to deliver innovative solutions. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
