Our global client, a leading company in the electrical systems and installation technologies sector, is looking a experienced "Export Sales Manager" with strong expertise in the markets of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

Job Description:

• Promote the continuous development of the assigned area through adequate coverage and penetration.
• Motivate and support clients, agents, and distributors in their activities, monitoring results in line with agreed objectives.
• Identify new clients and agencies and evaluate the potential for new collaborations.
• Manage commercial, contractual, and financial relations with clients, agents, and distributors in line with the current Commercial Plan.
• Collect and process necessary information to create an accurate sales budget for the area; collaborate on defining commercial objectives.
• Participate in trade fairs and other relevant industry events.
• Monitor the market to gather insights for improving competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with agents and distributors to promote products and services in the end market (installers, designers, organizations, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic).
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial goods sales within relevant sectors and geographical areas.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is considered a positive differentiator.
