Summary

Your Mission


As our Business Development lead for the export market, you will be responsible for expanding our garment production services to global brands, particularly in Europe, the US, and Asia. You will play a key role in driving CC Apparel toward becoming a global leader in premium and sustainable garment manufacturing.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential international clients and fashion brands

• Develop B2B partnerships, especially in premium and sustainability-focused segments

• Coordinate sampling, pricing, and production capabilities with the internal team

• Represent CC Apparel at international trade shows, expos, and virtual events

• Work closely with CEO to develop market strategy and achieve export targets

• Track and report on pipeline, sales progress, and customer feedback



Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or merchandising in the apparel or export industry

• Strong understanding of garment production and global fashion brand expectations

• Fluent in English; other languages (Japanese, German, etc.) are a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Passion for sustainability and premium product positioning
