Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in international markets. Your responsibilities will include developing export strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with global clients, and driving international sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective export and business development strategies.
  • Identify and explore new international markets and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the company’s global client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to support global business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts for senior management.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in export and international trade, preferably in the herbal/agro industry.
  • Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated success in international sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
