The Opportunity:

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Manager to take charge of our international shipping operations. This isn’t a sales role—your mission is to be the calm, capable bridge between our Jaipur headquarters and our clients across the globe.

Your Core Responsibilities:

📦 Manage international parcel bookings via DHL, FedEx, and GPO shipping platforms

📝 Prepare and organize export documentation in compliance with shipping regulations

🌐 Engage with overseas clients via email and WhatsApp, providing timely updates on orders and shipments

🚚 Coordinate with courier services to ensure swift, accurate dispatch

🗂 Maintain meticulous records of all exports and transactions

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ Experience in export logistics or international parcel shipping

✔ Hands-on knowledge of DHL, FedEx, and GPO booking systems

✔ Clear and confident English communication skills (written & spoken)

✔ Professional and prompt client interaction via Email and WhatsApp

✔ Maintain records of all the export transaction.
