We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Export Manager to lead the growth of AVOYA.
Responsibilities:
Market and Channel Analysis:
- Analyse market dynamics and channel structures in the beverage category in all geographical regions (Europe, Asia, Arab Countries, Africa and America).
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis for each country and region and evaluate metrics such as market share and sales volume.
- Identify pricing strategies and determine regional price levels.
Export Processes and Strategies:
- Analysing and optimising export processes.
- To have in-depth knowledge of customs regulations, logistics and distribution channels and to manage these processes.
- Executing export operations and developing low-cost, highly efficient logistics solutions.
Sales and Distribution Organisation:
- Establishing an effective market entry model
- To make distributorship, business partnership, sales & distribution partnership...etc. agreements on the approved model when necessary.
- Creating business development strategies to ensure fast and efficient operations.
Business Development and Project Management:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets.
- Planning, executing and finalising international projects.
- Implement growth strategies by working with cross-functional teams.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on market research, sales performance and strategic initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (preferably Master's) degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector. (Beverage experience is preferred) Deep knowledge and experience in global export processes.
- Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Arabic) are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of ERP systems and export management software.
- Suitable for intensive international travelling
