Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the architecture design and technical implementation of core systems in the tourism marketing middle platform (e.g., marketing submission systems, promotional campaigns, low-code platforms for marketing activity pages, dynamic pricing systems, and advertising), ensuring high concurrency, low latency, and high availability.
* Collaborate effectively with product teams and technical stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations and drive project success.
* Explore and implement innovative revenue optimization algorithms (e.g., price elasticity models, inventory dynamic control, intelligent promotion bundling strategies) to enhance marketing effectiveness, traffic conversion rates, and pricing profitability.
* Extract reusable technical components and solutions from the middle platform, promoting cross-business line efficiency and technical synergy.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of Java development experience and 2+ years of team management experience.
* Proficient in Java, distributed systems design (microservices, stream computing), and common business architectures.
* Deep understanding of MySQL, SQL performance optimization, and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB).
* Strong grasp of design patterns, system architecture abstraction, and JVM optimization.
* Self-driven with a growth mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and sensitivity to emerging technologies.
* High-quality awareness, structured communication, and leadership influence.
* Global perspective, technical curiosity, and a passion for perfection. Preferred: Overseas work experience or expertise in FinOps resource optimization.
