Our product is a Loan Operating System built to enhance the digital lending ecosystem and improve access to financing for borrowers worldwide, driving financial inclusion. It takes skill and dedication to develop a high-quality, automated loan management platform, and that’s where you come in.

Our team of 15 talented professionals makes even the most ambitious projects seem simple. We follow Agile methodology with 1-week sprints and prioritize going live with an MVP, allowing our clients to launch their businesses within weeks of project kickoff.

What We’re Looking For:

 • A background in Banking or Fintech is a plus

 • At least 3 years in Backend development

 • Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API

 • Knowledge of Java

 • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML

 • Experience with Version Control systems and Relational DB (PostgreSQL)

 • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with constant change

 • Excellent communication and prioritization skills

What You’ll Do:

 • Perform requirements estimation, grooming and planning

 • Develop internal features to improve our product or be involved in customization process for our clients

 • Build integration with 3-rd party providers via API

 • Perform code review

 • Be actively involved in release preparation
