• Proven expertise in managing and overseeing industrial revamping projects of 10-15 m€ (brown field).

The Key Responsibilities Expected From Our Consultant Are

• Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct comprehensive analyses to assess the viability and potential return on investment of proposed projects.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and objectives.
