We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our rapidly growing Business Applications group.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that support and enhance our internal business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

About The Role
Design and develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using SOAP/REST APIs and third-party tools.
Work closely with Business Operations and Product, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, staying current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document requirements, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance and UX/UI
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Proven experience leading Salesforce projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong project management skills and ability to drive results.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and development best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience working with Salesforce Communities - advantage
Experience working with Sales organizations - advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
