Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule and manage meetings and appointments
Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
Assist with inventory and order office supplies as needed
Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
Fluency in English
Recent experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
TB skin test (current) required
