Are you an organized, detail-driven professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Protouch Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a 6-month contract opportunity with one of our valued clients in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule and manage meetings and appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Assist with inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Recent experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • TB skin test (current) required
