We are currently seeking an Experienced Event Manager with a strong background in food and beverage service. Previous wedding planning experience is desirable, though not essential.
Role Responsibilities:
▪️ Coordinating all aspects of events from initial planning through to execution
▪️ Assisting the Head of Events with sales, scheduling, client liaison, and diary management
▪️ Managing pre-orders and promoting upselling opportunities for food and beverage packages
▪️ Leading event day teams to ensure seamless service
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management
✔️ Strong food and beverage knowledge
✔️ A proactive, self-motivated individual willing to be hands-on in all aspects of the role
✔️ Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
✔️ Flexibility to work weekends and unsociable hours as required
