For one of our clients – a worldwide leader in information management, driven by innovation,

looking for – Experienced Cyber Security Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity products by analyzing and resolving advanced
  
  

technical challenges;

• Investigate and identify root causes of system, application, or infrastructure issues across
  
  

multiple operating systems;

• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve product-related concerns;
• Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical partner and ensuring
  
  

business continuity;

• Accurately log case details, steps taken, and solutions in internal systems for transparency
  
  

and knowledge retention;

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level expectations, and internal
  
  

quality standards;

• Foster a culture of shared learning by contributing to documentation, coaching peers, and
  
  

streamlining workflows.

Qualifications:

• Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
  
  

environments, with exposure to cloud-based and hybrid infrastructures;

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Information
  
  

Technology, or Software Engineering;

• Proven expertise in troubleshooting Linux and Windows operating systems, including OS-
  
  

level diagnostics and system recovery;

• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPN technologies, firewalls, TCP/IP,
  
  

and security protocols;

• Hands-on experience with databases, both relational and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS
  
  

SQL, MongoDB), supporting secure data access and performance tuning;

• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and
  
  

C/C++, enabling automation and custom solution development;

• Additional strengths include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Identity and
  
  

Access Management (IAM), and relevant certifications in cybersecurity or Linux system

administration.
