Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Collision Repair Office Manager, located in Buffalo, NY. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the office, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key tasks include handling insurance claims, scheduling repairs, maintaining office equipment, and communicating with clients, vendors, and insurance companies.
