Responsibilities:

• Providing telephone and face-to-face service.
• Support and handle customer requests to increase retention rate
• Renewing contracts and expanding product offerings.
• Preparing quotes, managing, and retaining customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing business clients is essential.
• High interpersonal skills and experience in customer service are required.
• High Negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel.
