EXPATRIATE GENERAL MANAGER - 400,000- 450,000B MONTHLY PLUS FULLY EXPENSED CAR/ HOUSING ALLOWANCE/ INSURANCE PROVIDENT FUND

Our client manufactures aftermarket parts. With manufacturing facilities in several locations, they now require an experienced Expatriate General Manager. Reporting to the COO based in Europe, you will be responsible for HR, Finance, SCM and Purchasing, Production, Continuous Improvement, Quality.

Responsibilities:

• Site leadership for all owners and other cross-functional teams on-site including Production Engineering, Product Development, and Procurement. The scope includes the responsibility of Health & Safety, Culture, and Site Leadership development.
• Lead all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing systems & structures, processes, standards, and policies.
• Create the yearly CAPEX and Operating budgets, and quarterly financial forecasts. Manage monthly P&L statements and maintain labor and operating costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments with over 7 years of experience as a General Manager.
• Lean Manufacturing experiences with Continuous Improvement are preferred.
• Background in plastic injection molding is advantageous
• Experience in mid-sized manufacturing, proven people management & leadership skills. Strong in people engagement and successful experiences in manufacturing expansion.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
