We want to become the leading platform for flex living in Europe—offering vibrant, flexible, and community-driven housing for a new generation of urban residents.


Fuse its growth is driven by a hybrid strategy: Master Leases signed by our Operating Company (OpCo), and Acquisitions executed through our Property Company (PropCo).


Until September, our focus is on rapidly scaling our portfolio and building operational credibility through long-term master leases on buildings suited for flex living. Starting in September, we’ll transition into our acquisition phase—raising capital via syndication to acquire and reposition key assets through the PropCo. Looking ahead, we’re preparing to launch our first dedicated real estate fund, enabling us to acquire properties at scale and further integrate our platform.

Are you based in Antwerp with a strong real estate network and a passion for identifying high-potential properties? This is your opportunity to play a key role in a pioneering real estate venture.


We’re looking for a dynamic Expansion Manager with a focus on master leases and acquisitions to spearhead our local growth. In this part-time freelance role, you’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to build our local portfolio, from sourcing and negotiating leases to managing property operations.


This role comes with a competitive base pay and attractive bonuses, with the potential to evolve into a full-time leadership position as our local office grows.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Acquisitions & Deal Sourcing


  • Source and evaluate high-potential properties that fit our strategy.
  • Conduct site visits, analyze opportunities, and lead lease/acquisition negotiations.
  • Build and manage relationships with local agencies, brokers, developers, and landlords.
  • Use your personal network to generate off-market deal flow.


Transaction Management


  • Lead discussions on pricing and master lease/acquisition terms to secure the most favorable conditions.
  • Prepare compelling investment cases and presentations for internal decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth due diligence and oversee smooth deal execution.


Strategic Expansion


  • Identify emerging submarkets and contribute to our local expansion roadmap.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to ensure market fit.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, and leasing.
  • Strong network of agents, brokers, developers, and institutional contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals (master leases, acquisitions, service agreements).
  • Sharp analytical skills, including financial modeling and market analysis.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and suggest efficient space layouts.
  • Fluency in English; and Dutch.
