We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal/Executive Assistant and Event Production Manager to support a busy executive and oversee high-touch event planning and execution. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, discretion, and creative problem-solving, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position is hybrid from executive’s home office, design studio, and remote.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage daily calendar, schedule, travel, and appointments
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Able to drive executive to site vists and meetings, as required. Car will be provided.
- Handle personal errands, purchases, and occasional vendor coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper
Event Production & Management
- Oversee event production and detailing of events, as needed.
- Manage venues, vendors, and production team logistics, as necessary.
- Oversee event timelines, floor plans, and other docs
- Create design decks for clients using Pinterest, Google Suite, Canva etc.
- Deliver exceptional attention to detail and brand experience
- Capture content for social media on event days.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Event Manager, or similar hybrid role
- Proven success managing logistics-heavy events and high-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong tech proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
- Comfortable with flexible hours, weekend availability, and event days
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Discreet, reliable, and polished
