Role: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Meera Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000 (Per Month)

Timings: 10 AM to 6:10 PM (Sundays Off)

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure product listings are accurate and consistent across all online e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with teams to maintain inventory levels.
• Track and follow up on client orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Update office records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with departments to support operations.
• Support inventory management on Zoho and assist with stock audits, as well as handle shipment duties (domestic/international).
• Assist in processing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assist the management with our e-commerce website and 3rd party e-commerce stores (e.g.: Walmart, Amazon etc).

Requirements:

• Experienced (min 1/2 years) in a corporate office with an e-commerce field
• Experience: 1-2 years in managing online sales channels, marketplaces, or B2B Order processing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of computer operating system.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
• Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and support business operations
• Availability: Immediate
• Preferred: Knowledge of export/import procedures, Previous experience in export firm.
