Job Profile: Executive- Sales Development Representative

As a Executive- Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This is an ideal position for individuals with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to engage prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the assigned market.
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate product value propositions effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Track metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies.

  • Eagerness to learn sales tools (e.g., CRM platforms) and techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward targets.
  • Good research and analytical capabilities.
