Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of Executive recruiting projects including open roles, market mapping, and succession in a metrics driven environment.
  • Ensure “concierge style” process for both internal and external executive candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support Principal Executive Recruiters and hiring teams to execute external search projects at Executive Director and Vice President level… conduct outreach, assess and present candidates.
  • Develop candidate summaries, presentations and client reports.
  • Create vertical and functional talent networks in critical executive talent segments.
  • Develop passive candidate and succession planning pipelines through strategic networking, referrals, events/conferences; develop material that will be used for Talent Reviews.
  • Develop trusted and influential relationships with client groups, ensuring that executive recruitment, including and a positive candidate experience and a “talent first” approach is integrated into business principles.
  • Drive operational excellence and compliance, set high executive recruitment standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selection while using a data driven approach.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct business analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for strategic talent acquisition.
  • Deliver a white glove service experience, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
  • Operate with the highest level of integrity and foster a culture of collaboration, learning and fun.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition owning leadership level searches.
  • 1+ year experience in an executive search firm or in-house executive talent acquisition team.
  • 1+ year experience in the manufacturing/industrial/energy/Med-Tech/tech or an adjacent sector.
  • Proven track record of success in executive search, with experience leading leadership level searches.
  • Strong interest in executive search as a long-term career path.
  • Competency in executive compensation.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, with a focus on innovative sourcing strategies and Gen AI tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills; capable of conceptualizing, structuring, and presenting compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage at senior organizational levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and identify candidate fit for executive roles.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • The location for this position can be based in US central or eastern time zone.

The base pay range for this position is $92,900 to $150,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation. Benefits include health and additional benefits. This posting is expected to close on Monday, May 26, 2025.
