Summary

Are you a driven, resourceful, and creative individual looking for an opportunity to be at the center of a fast-growing real estate business? Do you thrive in high-energy environments, love solving problems before they arise, and want to be part of something truly special? If so, keep reading—because this is not your average assistant role.

Who I Am

I am a highly successful, solo real estate agent in San Francisco, who operates independently. My business is growing rapidly, and I work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers to luxury property seekers to multi-family investors. This means you’ll have exposure to every aspect of the real estate market and see it all firsthand. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the rewards are significant. I am committed to delivering an unparalleled client experience, and I’m looking for someone who is ready to help take this business to the next level.

Who You Are

  • You’re highly adaptable. You can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • You’re a hustler. You have an innate drive to get things done, figure things out, and move the business forward. No task is too small, no challenge is too big.
  • You’re creative. You can think outside the box, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help create on-trend content for social media that elevates the brand.
  • You’re forward-thinking. You anticipate needs before they arise and proactively find solutions. You don’t wait for instructions—you make things happen.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator. Your written and verbal skills are polished and impressive. You understand how to communicate with a wide range of clients and vendors with professionalism and confidence.
  • You’re tech-savvy. You are comfortable with CRMs, digital marketing platforms, and can quickly learn new tools to enhance efficiency.
  • You’re fun. You have a great sense of humor and can roll with the inevitable twists and turns of the real estate world.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not just an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to become an extension of a high-performing real estate professional. Your primary focus will be to take non-client-facing tasks off my plate so that more time can be dedicated to revenue-generating activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Transaction & Administrative Management: Prepare contracts, forms, and key documents; ensure smooth coordination of deals from start to finish.
  • Marketing & Social Media Support: Draft compelling social media posts, create engaging content for Instagram/TikTok (posts, videos, etc.), and manage email campaigns.
  • CRM & Business Operations: Keep the CRM system updated and streamlined to ensure every client touchpoint is intentional and impactful.
  • Listing & Presentation Prep: Ensure all appointments and client interactions are flawlessly prepared.
  • Scheduling & Vendor Management: Coordinate appointments, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure the logistics of the business run smoothly.
  • Client Research & Market Analysis: Gather data on market trends, property values, and neighborhood insights to assist in decision-making and client presentations.
  • Lead & Referral Management: Track and organize potential leads, follow up on referrals, and help nurture client relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing open houses, networking events, and client appreciation initiatives.
  • Personal & Business Task Execution: Assist with key personal and operational tasks to optimize efficiency.

Why This Role is Different

  • Compensation is tied to success. You will receive a percentage of all business closed, ensuring that your earning potential scales as the business grows.
  • In-person and hands-on. This is not a remote role. You’ll be immersed in every facet of real estate, working side by side in an exciting, high-energy environment.
  • Nights & weekends are part of the game. Real estate doesn’t stop, and the best opportunities often happen outside of a 9-to-5 schedule.
  • You’ll have room for growth. As we grow, you will grow—in terms of scope, responsibility, and compensation.
  • You’ll be part of something bigger. This is a rare chance to work alongside a top-performing solo agent and help build a real estate empire from the ground up.

What I’m Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Savvy with social media trends and content creation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in real estate, marketing, interior design, or high-level executive assistance is a plus

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco. You must have a car, as many responsibilities will require in-person presence and local travel.

This is not just another job—it’s a chance to be part of something truly exciting, to learn, grow, and thrive in a high-performance business. If you’re ready to step up and take on a unique and rewarding challenge, I’d love to hear from you.
