Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Program Manager at a Fintech company. The role is located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area with the flexibility to work from home 3 Days per week. Local and international travel may be required.The Executive Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, development, and execution of data and AI program initiatives, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Change Management and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, PMP, Prince 2, Agile certified.
