Summary

Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for leasing and sale of properties within our portfolio while implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants/buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leasing and sale process from inquiry to lease / SPA signing.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants/buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
  • Negotiate lease terms and rental rates or sales price to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
  • Prepare lease agreements/SPA and other necessary documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Tenant Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Proactively communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, rental increases, and property updates.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract potential tenants and maximize property visibility.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to promote available properties.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation of marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Real Estate, Mass Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience with proven track record in leasing.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
