The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, energetic, and process-minded Executive Director of Recruiting Operations to own and lead our entire sales rep recruitment engine. You’ll oversee the full-cycle recruiting strategy, from sourcing and referrals to onboarding and performance tracking. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will play a critical role in fueling our company’s revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
- Build, optimize, and lead Kindred’s sales recruiting program to scale to 150+ reps annually
- Own the entire recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to first-day onboarding and training
- Drive D2D recruiting through warm market strategies, social media, events, and direct sourcing
- Maintain and elevate the company image across all recruiting touchpoints (job boards, social media, onboarding, websites, referrals, interviews)
- Lead internal recruiters (if applicable), ensuring alignment with production goals
- Oversee referral systems and bonus structures to maximize rep-driven recruiting
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to forecast rep needs and plan seasonal ramp-ups
- Own KPIs and performance dashboards that track hiring, ramp speed, and rep quality
- Improve processes to shorten time-to-hire and increase retention of producing reps
Key Performance Metrics
- New Reps Hired: 15+ per month
- 30-Day Retention: 70% of hires still active
- Recruit-to-Produce Ratio: 60%+ producing within first 30 days
- Time-to-Hire: ≤7 days from contact to start
- Warm Market Hires: 30%+ of all hires
- Cost per Hire: <$300 (where applicable)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting or sales team scaling experience (D2D/commission-only experience a major plus)
- Proven experience owning recruitment KPIs and scaling headcount quickly
- Systems thinker with a passion for building efficient and high-performing teams
- Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Bonus: Experience recruiting for pest control, solar, alarms, or door-to-door industries
