Certificated Pathway: Valid California Administrative Services Credential and at least three (3) years of successful leadership experience in personnel management.? Classified Pathway: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in personnel management.? Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to two years of college in business or personnel management and five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience.? Continuing education in human resources, labor relations, or personnel law is required to stay current on legal and policy changes.
