We are working exclusively with an exciting Biotech looking to hire a Executive Director, Biostatistics on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid opportunity for a company based in San Francisco

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a cross-functional biometrics team
• Offer expert statistical guidance
• Serve as the primary statistical resource for the study team, and work in close coordination with data management to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Manage and monitor the performance of CROs and third-party vendors, setting clear expectations and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.

Ideal Candidate:

• PhD in Statistics, with a minimum of 10+ years experience
• Proven experience with global regulatory submissions and agency interactions.
• Expert with SAS
• Familiarity with data standards including CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and CDASH.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
