We are looking for an experienced Executive Communications Manager to support our CEO's office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact communication strategies, crafting executive-level messaging, and ensuring clear, consistent communication both internally and externally.
You Will:
* Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with company goals and amplify the CEO's vision.
* Write and refine speeches, investor updates, board presentations, and customer-facing messages that maintain a consistent and compelling narrative.
* Ensure employees are informed and aligned by leading internal communication initiatives and supporting company-wide messaging.
* Coordinate communication with investors, board members, customers, and media outlets.
* Identify and prepare the CEO for key speaking opportunities, including briefing materials and presentation content.
You'll Have:
* 5-10 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in developing investor decks, board presentations, and executive-level reports.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex business topics and distill them into clear, impactful messaging.
* Strong media relations experience and comfort managing external communications.
* High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
* A Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Pay Range: $115,000 - $145,000 base salary. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is not remote. Candidates must be based in the Bay Area and are expected to report to our office 4 days per week.
