Role Description

We are seeking experienced CEO and N-1 level executive coaches in Zurich, Madrid, Luxembourg, Milan to support international executives, providing tailored, practical guidance.

If you have at least 10 years of experience in a corporate, multicultural environment plus official coaching certifications (MBTI, NLP, ICF, DISC, Innemetrix or equivalent), we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Language: Native or C2-level German/English, Spanish, French, Italian depending on location
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the corporate world
• Coaching diplomas: ILM, INSEAD, Columbia, Harvard, etc
• Coaching certifications: MBTI, NLP, ICF, DISC, Innermetrix, etc
• Proven ability to adapt your expertise to each client’s unique needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with clients across diverse industries

The roles are based in Zurich, Madrid, Luxembourg, Milan.
