Now Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Are you a highly organized, detail-driven professional with construction industry experience? Do you love the satisfaction of checking tasks off your to-do list while helping move projects forward? If so, OE Solar wants to hear from you.
In this key position, you’ll work directly with our COO to manage day-to-day operations, support project delivery, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in renewable energy while learning the inner workings of a successful solar construction firm.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the right hand to the COO, supporting administrative, operational, and project tasks
Coordinate schedules for projects, crews, and internal teams
Process and track vendor invoices and customer payments
Support weekly payroll processing and assist with accounting tasks
Maintain project agendas and meeting documentation
Assist with subcontractor management, contract reviews, and compliance tracking
Conduct research to support project teams and company strategy
Provide professional customer service to clients and partners
Maintain organized digital records and filing systems
Support licensing, training, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Workers Comp audits)
Help transition projects from sales to operations, ensuring smooth handoffs
Perform other essential duties as assigned to help the company succeed
