Now Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  • In this key position, you’ll work directly with our COO to manage day-to-day operations, support project delivery, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in renewable energy while learning the inner workings of a successful solar construction firm.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the right hand to the COO, supporting administrative, operational, and project tasks
  • Coordinate schedules for projects, crews, and internal teams
  • Process and track vendor invoices and customer payments
  • Support weekly payroll processing and assist with accounting tasks
  • Maintain project agendas and meeting documentation
  • Assist with subcontractor management, contract reviews, and compliance tracking
  • Conduct research to support project teams and company strategy
  • Provide professional customer service to clients and partners
  • Maintain organized digital records and filing systems
  • Support licensing, training, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Workers Comp audits)
  • Help transition projects from sales to operations, ensuring smooth handoffs
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned to help the company succeed
