Summary

Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the Principal, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient management of key responsibilities. The role will center around overseeing the Principal’s professional schedule, coordinating communications, and facilitating seamless workflows. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to become a permanent part of the team after a successful transition.

Job Function

  • Efficiently manage the Principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, factoring in travel time, and ensuring smooth transitions between meetings and personal. engagements.
  • Organize the Principal’s children’s schedules, including school events, extracurricular activities, and coordinating with tutors/trainers/coaches.
  • Summarize emails, highlight key points, manage scheduling invites, and ensure alignment with the Principal's priorities and preferences.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and communication with relevant parties for smooth commutes and logistical challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive support, handle personal errands, anticipate needs, and follow-up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in planning and executing firm events, including employee appreciation, fundraisers, and philanthropy initiatives; manage logistics, guest lists, and post-event reports.
  • Oversee branded apparel and gifts for partners and clients, manage swag programs, and coordinate personalized gift-giving for special occasions.


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of meetings/calls/events.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
