Remote for NYS/CT Candidates, Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer, Highly Regarded Resort and Casino Company, Oneida County, New York
An elite resort and casino company headquartered in Oneida County, New York is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an accomplished hospitality executive that really needs someone to “organize him” and keep him on task on a daily basis. This role is fully remote for candidates in New York State or Connecticut ONLY. The candidate will spend 1 month after being hired(workdays) at the headquarters getting to know the COO and key executives and stakeholders. After that the role is remote, with in person meetings 1 time per quarter for board meetings. The ideal candidate lives at the most 3-4 hours from Verona, NY and has a car in case some additional meetings would be beneficial on an add needed basis.
About the Role:
As Executive Assistant to the COO, you will serve as the COO’s right hand—managing all of his administrative needs.
