- Performance Optimization: Support the CEO’s high-performance lifestyle by coordinating wellness initiatives (e.g., nutrition, fitness schedules, recovery protocols) to sustain energy and clarity.
- Insight Curation: Synthesize complex materials (e.g., industry trends, strategic plans) into concise, actionable summaries for the CEO and leadership team.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Conduct research or leverage AI tools to tackle challenges, delivering solutions that save time and fuel progress.
- Meeting Mastery: Prepare targeted briefs for recurring meetings, capturing prior discussions and action items to enhance leadership and team alignment.
- Data-Driven Updates: Learn to extract and analyze key company metrics, track milestones on major initiatives, and facilitate CEO input to sustain momentum.
- Actionable Follow-Ups: Manage follow-ups with internal teams and external partners on the CEO’s behalf, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Habit Reinforcement: Support the CEO in building and sustaining high-impact habits using a custom framework, fostering discipline and growth.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic connections by coordinating intentional interactions, and scheduling high-value engagements that strengthen UEP’s network.
- Holistic Support (As Needed): Occasionally assist with tasks that enhance the CEO’s focus on UEP’s priorities, ensuring a seamless partnership.
Qualifications:
- Proven EA experience supporting a C-level executive, with expertise in calendar management, task prioritization, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with comfort using AI tools to streamline tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and task management platforms, with an ability to analyze data and present insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for crafting briefs, updates, and professional correspondence.
- A proactive, high-energy mindset, with a passion for driving impact and embracing challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Efficiency Expert: You’re passionate about optimizing time and resources, with mastery of tools like Excel/Google Sheets, task management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion), and workflow strategies.
