Summary

Job Overview:

A fast-moving founder is seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help organize and optimize both personal and business operations. This is a hybrid role — a lot of the work can be done remotely, but some tasks require in-person availability. Must be based in Austin and have a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run local errands and handle personal tasks (must have your own vehicle)
  • Manage calendar, inbox, scheduling, and appointments
  • Make purchases (personal and business-related)
  • Support light marketing and email tasks
  • Shop, organize, and keep both work and life streamlined
  • Use digital tools to manage workflows and increase efficiency
  • Help with tooling, automation, and project organization
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment

  • Tools You’ll Use:

    • Gmail & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
    • Notion, ClickUp
    • Momence (preferred, but not required)

  • Requirements:

    • Based in Austin, TX
    • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managing
    • Comfortable with communication and productivity tools
    • Strong communication and discretion
    • Startup or fast-paced environment experience a plus
