As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s scheduling and support executive staff meetings by capturing detailed notes and tracking action items while overseeing office operations, including shipping/receiving and event planning. Someone with exceptionally high standards for organization, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Previous tech experience is a must, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company professionally across various stakeholder interactions.
