📌 Role Expectations Here’s what “success” looks like day to day:

Founder Operations Own and optimize calendar, travel, meetings, inbox, and communications. Handle personal and professional errands, vendors, and tasks. Manage household logistics and serve as a liaison for home management needs. Office & Team Logistics Lead office management: supplies, vendors, schedules, and environment. Coordinate internal team events, HR onboarding/offboarding support, and weekly rhythms. Monitor ClickUp boards, project deadlines, and recurring ops workflows. Systems & Process Excellence Improve systems that drive Founder and team productivity. Maintain checklists, SOPs, and documentation that prevent dropped balls. Work closely with Finance/Ops to support CEO with budget awareness and reporting.

❌ Disqualifiers (Read Closely) Please do not apply if: You’ve never supported a Founder, Executive, or fast-paced leadership team. You’re looking for a remote-first role — this is in-person in Austin, TX. You struggle to manage your time, energy, or emotional presence.

✅ Must-Have Experience Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a high-performance environment. Managing complex calendars, logistics, and travel at speed and scale. Professional communication — written, verbal, and digital. Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and follow-through. Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Bonus if you have: Startup, founder, or faith-driven team experience. Experience with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, JazzHR, Microsoft, ChatGPT. Familiarity with personal development, coaching, or operations leadership.
